This is the first place to start, so if you're interested in being a RRANN participant (pre-nursing or majors) or a participant in the NWD program (majors only), please complete the appropriate form below and either fax, mail or hand deliver to our offices. You may also call ahead and arrange an one-on-one meeting with one of the Student Success Facilitators.

RRANN STIPEND APPLICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
New applicants for the Pre-Nursing Stipend program are only accepted at the beginning of the semester and the stipends are available Spring and Fall semesters only. However, the Majors applications are accepted throughout the semester and for the BS majors, the stipend is available for all three semesters - but for the AAS majors, the stipend is available only for Spring and Fall semester. Please read the Policy carefully and note the Specific Deadlines. Make sure your application is complete, signed and includes all required documentation.

RRANN TUTOR REQUEST FORM:
We have tutor services available for the pre-requisites and nursing classes. Tutoring is available for all School of Nursing nursing majors and pre-nursing students, however tutoring is based on availability. So please complete the below form and return to Pamela Read, RRANN Tutor Coordinator. Please allow 2 to 3 days for a tutor response.

RECITATION SESSIONS:
The goal of the Recitation Sessions is to increase the pass rate from 75% to 97% for our students enrolled in various courses that have historically had a low success rate, as well as positively impact the supply deficiency of diversity within the Registered Nurse workforce in Alaska.

AMERICAN INDIAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION (AIEF)- TOOLS OF THE TRADE:
RRANN is extremely excited about this AIEF grant because for ten years we have seen Native students struggle with the high costs of nursing education and supplies. This grant provides funding for the tools required at the start of the Clinical Major. So if you're interested, please complete the application below and speak to a RRANN Facilitator about the procedure.
